About project: 

PITAGORA project was trying to create an open information society by promoting the use of ICT solutions in the Public Administration in order to support small and medium enterprises and other stakeholders.
One of the main project results was PITAGORA Table Toolkit, document created on 3 grounds:
1. ICT/TLC infrastructure in Adriatic area
2. ICT needs of entrepreneurs
3. ICT applications in Public Administration
Pitagora specific objectives were to improve the infrastructure allowing interoperability of the administration services in IPA area. The other
objective was to develop the set of services offered by Public Administrations, and improvement of the staffs capacities concerning ICT usage. Also, the objective was to enhance SMEs efficiency and competitiveness and to establish new ICT services. The goal was also to increase the percentage of population with access to ICT in the Adriatic countries. Total duration of the project was 36 months.
